Terms of Carriage

The Dutta Corporation arranges international and domestic equine air transport. These Terms of Carriage will govern every shipment we book on your behalf once finalised.

The published version will cover booking and cancellation, documentation and customs, liability and insurance, the responsibilities of shipper and consignee, and the limits of carrier liability under IATA Live Animal Regulations and applicable international conventions.
